Stillock Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use Stillock, an app made by Yagiz Ada Umur ("we", "us"). By using Stillock, you agree to them.
1. Apple's Standard EULA
Stillock is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add to it. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
2. What Stillock does
Stillock uses Apple's Screen Time features to block the apps and websites you choose: during a focus session, on a schedule, or after a daily limit. iOS carries out the blocking and decides what can be blocked; a few system apps can't be.
3. Strict mode, Tag to unlock and your safety
- With strict mode on, Stillock won't let you end a session early in the app. With Tag to unlock on, you can end it early only by scanning your registered tag. That's what these features are for, so choose session lengths and blocked apps with care.
- Every session ends on its own when its time is up, even if you lose your tag.
- iOS always lets you remove Stillock's blocks by deleting the app or turning off its Screen Time access in Settings.
- Never block apps you might need in an emergency. Don't rely on Stillock in any situation where reaching a blocked app could matter for your health or safety.
4. Free and Pro
Stillock is free to download. The free version includes core blocking with some limits, such as one block group. Stillock Pro unlocks more, such as schedules, daily limits, strict mode, Tag to unlock and insights. Features may change over time.
5. Subscriptions
- Stillock Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Some plans include a free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore your purchase on another device signed in to the same Apple ID with "Restore purchases" in the app.
6. Acceptable use
Stillock is for managing your own device. You agree not to:
- use it to monitor or restrict someone else's device without their permission;
- break any law while using it;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the app, or get around its purchases.
7. Ownership
Stillock, its name, design and content belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
8. No warranty
Stillock is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work without errors. iOS updates, Screen Time changes, device settings and other things outside our control can affect blocking, schedules and notifications. Stats are estimates. Stillock is not medical or mental-health treatment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Stillock. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Stillock in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under consumer laws that apply to you.
10. Ending
You can stop using Stillock at any time by deleting it; cancel any subscription separately. We may end your license if you break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Stillock after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
